The situation
CarsSale needed to present vehicle finance — normally a confusing, paperwork-heavy process — as something a buyer could understand and start in a few minutes.
What we did
- Designed the site around the finance calculator, so the first useful thing a visitor can do is find out what they can afford.
- Built clear paths for the two different visitors: someone browsing vehicles, and someone who already knows what they want and needs the loan.
- Structured the application flow to collect information in stages rather than presenting one long form.
The outcome
Launched as the business's primary sales channel, with the finance calculator as the main entry point.
